How does the subscription work?
Your firm pays a flat monthly subscription per active driver: £8 per driver for 1–5 drivers, £6 for 6–20, and £4 for 21+. Founding firms get their first 3 months free. We never take a percentage of your fares.
Can our firm keep its own bookings?
Absolutely. PingCab is a tool to supplement your work. Your drivers can log on when your firm wants extra jobs and log off when you're busy with your own customers.
How do riders pay?
Riders pay the fare plus a small connection fee by card in the app — Apple Pay and Google Pay supported. The fare is paid out to your firm, and you pay your drivers as you do now. No cash is handled through the platform.
How do our drivers join?
Drivers can't sign up on their own. You invite them from your firm's portal, they download PingCab Pro with the invite, and you approve their licence and badge documents before they go online.
What happens if drivers decline too many jobs?
Nothing. We show your drivers the job details, and they decide whether to take it. There are no penalties or 'time-outs' for declining jobs.
